Constitutional Rights

Professional legal counsel is provided to our clients on their constitutional rights of our clients based on applicable Constitutional Law including protection against unconstitutionality and habeas corpus. In each of the cases represented by the group, a previous analysis is suggested based on a Constitutional Law perspective and the principles thereof by providing an effective defense and protection of subjective rights and legitimate interests.

The group maintains ongoing research on precedents by the Constitutional Court of the Supreme Court of Justice and its eventual application to a specific case as well as precedents from the Inter American Court of Human Rights found in Article 7 of Costa Rica´s Political Constitution, 1 and 73.d) of the Law of Constitutional Jurisdiction which comprise the parameters of constitutionality.
